Depends: emacs20 (>=20.4)

MULE-UCS is a library to generate a translator of coding systems
that are in completely different scheme.

You can use this package on Meadow version 1.04a1 or later,
or Emacs 20.4 or later
The extended CCL Patch will merged into Emacs in the near
future.

This package also contains Unicode mappings and UTF encoding
programs, so you can easily use UTF-8, UTF-16.
