Still?  Please everyone, if you're going to do this, mail all the
maintainers of such packages *before* you do it.  That's what was done
with the Perl upgrade, and I've just come home from a day away to find
two bug reports already.  And apt-get is refusing to upgrade my
netstd, so I'm gonna have to spend ages figuring out what on earth is
going on, and which packages I actually need to depend, recommend and
suggest.

At present, 14 packages in potato depend on netstd (or netstd |
something), 3 recommend it and 3 suggest it.
