Yes, no one should be blamed by the reason that he/she uses
old software.
But as an author of free-software, I can't say I feel fine
when people use the old version of my software.
Unfortunately, we can't say nowadays that tomorrow will be
better than today. But, I want to believe that is true in
the free-software community. We will be more free tomorrow.
New software will be better than old software.
A user of free-software is a participant in the
free-software communitiy. So, it will be nice if he/she will
help authors make improvements on new software instead of
being content with old software. I hope so.
# We therefore should use mule4 rather than mule2. :-)
