Bug#24003: marked as done (*-dev dependencies)

In I believe all the -dev packages I have installed,
there is a dependency for gcc instead of c-compiler.
This makes it a real pain to use egcs instead of gcc
via dselect.

it's gcc now, so noone's gonna have a problem with this anymore.

However if you think it's still an issue, file a bug on each -dev package.
Stuff assigned to the general package generally never gets done.
