Yes yes yes! Sigh. I've notified the upstream maintainer (Sebastian)
of the problem. AlsoKirk Hilliard <kirk@ghoti.com> has offered to
take over jadetex, although I haven't heard from him.
In short, pdfjadetex seems utterly broken and it's way over my head.
I'm still nominally the maintainer -- I'd be happy to fix it if some
TeX expert could give me a hand finding the problem.
