Is ipmasqadm available?

When I grep my /var/state/apt/lists/*, I find:

You need to have either a kernel version 2.1.80 <= x <= 2.1.90 or apply
the supplied patch for 2.0.3[2345]. For kernels >= 2.1.90, please see the
 ipmasqadm package.

I'm running 2.2.5, but I don't see ipmasqadm available as a package. I've
looked in potato as well.

BTW, I want to do port forwarding from a visible firewall to a client
machine on a private network. Am I barking up the right tree?

Thanks for any help!

Later,
	Dale
