Temporary adoption of lgrind

I'm ghost-maintaining lgrind for Peter Crystal (darkewolf) until his
maintainer application gets through... I've rebuilt the .debs and have
already uploaded them into Incoming. It should go into non-free due to
licensing problems, until said problems are resolved, and even then
would do no better than contrib, due to a dependence on latex-nonfree.

Just for reference, lgrind is:

A pretty printer for various programming languages. lgrind is a pretty
printer for a large number of programming languages using LaTeX.
