Giving up telnet98 and telnetd98

When I first took on this package I didn't realise how much it differed
to the standard Debian telnet and telnetd (automatically supplying login
name and not supporting the -L switch are the differences I have found).

The author is responsive and fixed a bug very promptly after I reported
it to him.

So does anyone in the free world (it is non-US) want this package?
