New virtual-package: vrml-browser

	I would like Debian to have a virtual package 'vrml-browser', it
will be provided by 'vrweb' and 'vrwave' and probably will be added as
suggests in future 3d Modelling programs available at Debian.
	I'm sending this to -devel to read any comments before asking
Christian Schwarz to add it to the list of virtual packages.
