what is the correct _PATH_MAILDIR

Hi, _PATH_MAILDIR is defined in paths.h as /var/mail.  In glibc 2.0 it was
/var/spool/mail (which actually exists).  A few programs I have now look for
mail in the wrong spot.

My question is, should the header be changed or Debian?
