This shows version 3.1, not 3.2 and:

gnome-apt depends on libgnome32 (>= 1.0.2-1)
libgnome32 does not appear to be available
gnome-apt depends on libgnomesupport0 (>= 1.0.2-1)
libgnomesupport0 does not appear to be available
gnome-apt depends on libgnomeui32 (>= 1.0.2-1)
libgnomeui32 does not appear to be available
