Bug#34196: project: one of documented non-US mirrors is not mirroring

Hi

http://www.debian.org/misc/README.non-US details the UK mirror of the
non-US component of Debian as:

 United Kingdom ftp.demon.co.uk:/pub/mirrors/linux/debian-non-US/
                                        Malcolm Muir <malcolm@demon.net>

The ./dists/slink subdirectory contains *only* a self-referential symlink!

I've spoken to Demon ISP's helpdesk and they said that the Debian team
are responsible for maintaining this space.

Incidentally, the *old* UK mirror for the non-US component was ftp.mcc.ac.uk,
which is not empty, even now. Quite whether it should be, under the 
circumstances, I can't work out :-)
