Yes, it has been already updated in base-files_2.1.0.

I fixed it because it was considered as an "ugly" thing and there was not
any risk in fixing such a minor thing. However, I fail to see why this had
to be "severity: important".

Is there really such thing of "Debian copyright" as a "whole"?
[ I thought each package had his own copyright, and that was all ].
