We still have a seperate fakeroot-package, so dropping libtricks
is doable.

Looks like the bugreport also contains a patch. If Manoj doesn't respond
soon we can NMU it.

This is svalib-bin preinst checking if dpkg supports epochs, so this has
long been fixed.
