intent to package blacklisted

Hello,
	I'm trying to package blacklisted, a very configurable talkd
replacement, which is released under GPL. It allows to allow or reject talk
requests based on a per-user crontab-like configuration file, where you can
specify users, hosts (wildcards accepted), ttys and date/times when talk
requests will be rejected.
	
I'm also adopting spim (a MIPS R2000/R3000 emulator, non-free) and snns
(Stuttgart neural network simulator, non-free too), which are now orphaned.
