It is Debian-native. When I wrote it Red Hat was still using pppd 2.2,
which it won't work with. I hear that they have upgraded now, but I would
still have to set up a Red Hat box to test it on, learn to build rpms, etc.
I have neither the computer nor the time to spare. I would be flattered if
someone else chose to port it, but I just don't have time.

When the questioner is running Debian, yes.
I assumed that I was being urged to advertise pppconfig among Debian users.
