Debian lists munge PGP signatures?

Hi,

I and several others (including Branden Robinson) have suffered from
bad signtures in some messages we send to Debian lists. It appears
that the signature or the message gets munged somewhere *after* it is
sent out - possibly in Debian list processing. You see, I sent a
signed mail, responding to Adam Di Carlo's message about installation
manual translations. What I got back from the lists had bad
signature. However, my local Fcc of the message has good signature.

I don't know how to debug this.
