I use the mirror at ftp.fu-berlin.de which includes non-us too:
deb ftp://ftp.fu-berlin.de/pub/unix/linux/mirrors/debian/non-US unstable non-US
I had problems with non-us at non-us.debian.org too some weeks ago and
switched to the above server.
