Okay, so where is apt?  One guy on irc told me it's in `base'... while
it's actually in admin.  Of course, thinking of apt, it's logical to
think base, because it's related to dpkg, which *is* in base...

And thinking "there was this cool KDE app" is something some of our
users (and every developer is a user) will probably do.
