the nomination period for Project Leader for the year 1999. For the next three

There is a mailing list devoted just to this sort of traffic. If you are
interested in the topics that come up for vote, the discussion surrounding
those topics or want to make a proposal or... or... or... etc. subscribe to
debian-vote. This should make it easily parsable for those that have huge
email volume and easily ignorable for those that don't really care about that
side of Debian.
