We decided we had to draw the non-us line somewhere. mutt-i has no
crypto code at all. It runs pgp just like bash does. If this is not
allowed under US laws then bash should be non-us. So should your
processor for that matter.
If the US Gov't had their way, anyone standing within 20 miles of the
border thinking about prime numbers is exporting crypto.
