Intent to package: Apache JServ et. al (CVS)

I currently plan to package:

	* apache jserv 2.0 (libapache-mod-jserv)
	* Java Servlet Development Kit (jsdk2.0)
	* GSP GNU Java Server Pages (Free equivalent of ASP)
	* mysql JDBC driver (libmysqljava)
	* Kaffe, if Ean isn't going to do it

Everything is GPL except the JSDK, but I understand pressure is being
put on Sun to make that open source.
