most /tmp holes are not "hard" to exploit, and this is just imho, they should 
be fixed before release, as linux has a particularly bad reputation when it 
comes to security.

more especially, i'm wondering which program creates /tmp/config.log (i think 
that's the name - i had it until a few minutes ago...). that is an enormous 
security hole...
