You probably can, because even I can do this.  ;-)   I've had the
thing modified to be an ISP ticket tracker since January, and it
totally blows GNATS away.  But I don't know enough perl to fix the
problems in the upstream source, and it seems one of Bdale's
associates has extended it to support archiving, CGI bug manipulation,
etc.
