This doesn't discuss the KDE license at all. Nor does it grant anyone
the right to distribute binaries under the terms of the KDE license.

Now, if there were a second license for KDE that allowed legal
distribution of KDE while linked to Qt, then we could look at
distributing it under those terms.  As it is, we're doing the
most we're legally allowed.
