Currently, that page is 187k.

Joey's idea is closer to what I had in mind:

   package=your-package
   lynx http://www.debian.org/Bugs/db/pa/l${package}.html

I have now installed this script in /usr/local/bin/bugsin:

   lynx http://www.debian.org/Bugs/db/pa/l$1.html
