It's still in incoming[1]. g++ is now provided by egcs (and egcs 1.0.2
could provide cpp too, since it has a fix for the "imake" problem), the
egcs source package can also build 'gcc'(and 'cpp') instead of 'egcc'(and
no 'cpp') for the architectures that need it (e.g. alpha and powerpc)[2].

[2] Quite a clever hack, IMHO.
