I'm working on these. However, 1.10-7 was intended to let enough time
to the maintainers of dump and quota to set up their dependencies
right, in order to get a smooth upgrade...

Missed.

I'll upload it, then...

BTW, I sent private mail to the maintainers of both packages, but it
seems dump has a new one ?
