new package: xsoldier

I have a new package about ready for release - xsoldier - a shoot 'em up.
I'll just finish tidying it up and if no-one complains, I'll upload it.

PS: all the documentation is in Japanese - is this okay for 
/usr/doc/xsoldier/Readme? The keys listed in-game are in English and 
I could copy these into the Readme.
