We could simply add a new "Operating-System" field: gnu-linux, gnu-hurd...
BTW: Currently the GNU system from the FSF is distributed as a huge
tar archive, i.e. they have no packaging system yet. If we implement
the SO field, some day we could have a "Debian GNU/Hurd" system...
