Bug#3066: marked as done (was: a.out binaries in various packages)

I have checked most (but not all) of these packages to make sure that I
have the latest version installed.  I've learnt that the next time I do
this I'm going to think harder about what needs to be done so that it's
all automated and I don't have to spend 20 minutes editing the text of
this message.
