manpages missing (system calls)

ls /usr/man/man2 says:

create_module.2.gz
delete_module.2.gz
get_kernel_syms.2.gz
init_module.2.gz
intro.2.gz
modules.2.gz
query_module.2.gz

where are the others?

I also miss the libc function manpages like fgets.
