Bug#2481: sbin/ldconfig in scripts

Hi,

	Well, here are the packages on *my* disk which still violate
 that rule  (I agree that a general solution would be nice, but I
 think there was some reason we singled out ldconfig).

	In the meanwhile, maybe some one should sent maint-only
 reports to for these packages.
