Bug#2975: [base] missing /dev entries

A number of devices have been added or had their device numbers modified
in the 1.3.x kernels; not all of this is reflected in the base package.
For instance, it has no /dev/random or /dev/urandom; it has /dev/ram
instead of /dev/ram[0-7] and /dev/initrd.

The base package should be up to date with the kernel's
Documentation/devices.{tex,txt}. When we have/find an up to date MAKEDEV
script, it might be wise to inform H. Peter Anvin <hpa@zytor.com>, the
devices.{tex,txt} maintainer, and ask him to include it in the kernel source.
