the bootdisk will silently fail if there are bad blocks on the floppy disks that you are using to boot with. I suggest adding the line: before makeing the bootdisk/rootdisk/basedisks, format the floppies either under msdos with "format a: /u" or under linux with "mkdosfs -c /dev/fd0" this would allert people that bad blocks exist on the disks. version : 1.1beta Corey Sweeney
