Eu poderia criar a tag '+dfsg'-4' logo após
clonar o repositório. Seria o passo que faltou
anteriormente.

E após isso fazer as mudanças.

> tar -xvf ..bogofilter*.debian.tar.xz
> git add debian
> git status
> # preguiça ?
> git commit -am "debian revision 5"
> git branch
> git tag debian/1.2.4+dfsg1-5
> git tag # visualmente bom
>
