kNeu KDE icon theme
kNeu is an icon theme for KDE Desktop, based entirely on Silvestre
Herrera's DLG Neu Icon Set. It intends to be some cartoonish, but
not stupid. Quiet, but not silent. Shiny, but not scandalous.
