Eu não sei como é que esse projeto pode ajudar no caso de 'pacotes
instáveis demais no sid', já que os pacotes backportados são os
mesmos do sid.

A única vantagem de ter backports é poder continuar usando o sistema
base do Debian, a mesma libc... menos mudanças... mas pra ser muito
sincero as experiências que tenho tido recentemente me fazem crer
que é melhor usar sid que usar um woody com backports...

Na verdade acho que o projeto freshdebs pode ajudar um pouco, mas
o ideal mesmo seria gastar esse tempo/esforço fazendo o sarge ser
lançado =P

Podemos continuar a discussão na debian-devel-portuguese? Acho que ela
é a lista certa pra isso =)
