* Changes to work with smarteiffel rather than smalleiffel
* Changed instances of '{*}precursor' to 'precursor {*}'
* GTK_SPIN_BUTTON now inherits from GTK_ENTRY instead of GTK_WIDGET
which reflects the definitions in GTK+.
