   * Added code in debian/rules to override the checks under
   /usr/lib/tiger/scripts when there is a different version under
   /usr/lib/tiger/systems/Linux/2
   * Since this code now moves the new version of check_listeningprocs
   (using eval) this should _really_ close #164898. Also, this version
   uses nestat _and_ lsof (depending on which is available) so users
   should not complain about the Suggests: line now. (Closes: #164898, #174720)
