   * Maintainer changed (closes: #157411).
   * Some german language fixes in the upstream files:
     - xpenguins_applet.desktop
     - po/de.po
   * Upgraded Standards-Version to 3.5.7.
   * Enhances: xpenguins added to control file.
     This generates a warning, but the policy manual says it exists
   * Added a postinst to prevent dh_installdocs from deprecated linking
     from /usr/doc to /usr/share/doc.
   * Changed debian/rules: set DH_COMPAT to 4 and this meant a whole lot of
     changes in this file.
   * Created a new (upstream) po/Makefile.in.in to support $DESTDIR and thus
     enabled proper locale support for the debian package.
   * Created a manpage.
