* This release is mainly based on suggestions of Philipp Matthias
Hahn, thank you.
* debian/changelog: Removed emacs cruft.
* debian/dirs: removed.
* debian/rules: No more manual installation of xmms-shell.1 and
upstream documentation. Using upstream manpage installation and
dh_installdocs instead.
* debian/xmms-shell.1: replaced my own version by the extended
version of Philipp Matthias Hahn. It is now located in the
upstream directory and not in debian/ anymore.
* src/general.cc: Now using the patched one of pmhahn to produce
valid xhtml output with the html-help-function.
