     eximconfig deal with TLS. (Closes: #115322)
     * Modified it to use tempfile and to include both TLS cipher and peer DN
       in Received header.
     * Mention tls_dhparam and auth_over_tls_hosts.
   * [debian/control] Provides: exim, for packages like 'eximon'.
     (Closes: #115761)
   * Build against berkeley DB 3 rather than 2.
   * Reworked the rules file a bit so it could be more easily changed to be used
     for the regular exim package as well.
   * Fixed typo in copyright file.
   * Fixed typo in /etc/email-addresses (Closes: #134504).
   * Updated Standards-Version.
