* debian/control: change build-depends to libsmpeg-dev >= 0.4.4-7, since
that's the release that links libstdc++ into smpeg
* src/Makefile.am: Modify libsmpeg_xmms_la_LIBADD macro to remove SDL
libraries and use only SMPEG_LIBS_FOR_PLUGINS
+ This makes sure that Xv and its ilk's non _pic.a friends don't get
linked in alongside the _pic.a variants of the libraries.
* Run libtoolize -f -c, so libtool doesn't assume we're using libc 2.1.1
(since it doesn't recognise things like mips and m68k) and bail out on
us. (Closes: Bug#127969)
