* Removed emacs crap from changelog.
* Re-organise debian/ to my prefered style (IE: No leading package name
for single-binary packages.)
* Edit postinst to remove useless 'exit 0', and have it call '/bin/sh'
instead of bash.
* Move asp_usage to USAGE.
* Install USAGE as a doc, rather than example.
