* New upstream version.
* Depend on python (>= 2.1).
* Add conflicts for all packaged zope products. New uploads for products
should depend on python2.1 (or better: python (>= 2.1), python (<< 2.2)).
* debian/zopectl: Don't set PYTHONHOME. Remove bash'isms.
* z2.py: Insert /usr/lib/zope/lib/python to sys.path.
* Apply patch to add -I <instance home> option to zopectl (closes: #90572).
* zopectl: waitfor_zope(): Check for running zdaemon before checking for
zope (closes: #111602).
* Fix import path in README.Debian (closes: #108224).
* README.Debian: substitute 'emergency user' for 'superuser'. Document,
that you need a user different from the emergency user to add products
and documents (closes: #75924, #107541).
