* New package, based on package `jam' (Closes: #112476).
* Applied patches from package jam to get executable permissions default
to 755 and 4755 instead of 711 and 4711, and to fix a typo in the doc.
* Install binary as ftjam to avoid conflicting with jam.
* Provide /usr/bin/jam alternative with priority higher than jam.
* Conflict with versions of package jam not providing alternative.
* Reactivated manpage build from SGML now that the converter works
again; added build-dep.
* Ensure shipped generated files are rebuilt - build-dep on bison.
