* Bugsquash party NMU.
* Removed dh_testroot call from build target (closes: #74507).
* As far as I can tell, sather-lwp is i386-only. For example,
System/pSather/lwp/arch.lc includes code to initialize a process context
which depends on i386 register names, and there's no corresponding code
for any other Debian architectures. Set sather-lwp to Architecture:
i386, and conditionally compile the lwp stuff (closes: #81525).
* Fixed compilation with Tcl/Tk 8.2.
* Set policy version to 3.1.1, and added build dependencies.
* tk4.2-dev is long obsolete. Changed the Suggests: to tk8.2-dev.
