* Made almost lintian clean:
- added Section: and Priority: fields in gdb binary package
- info files are now installed in /usr/share/info
- binaries get now stripped
- debian/copyright now refers to '/usr/share/common-licenses' for
full GPL license text

* added texinfo & tetex-bin to the build-dependencies.
