ipchains (1.3.10-9) unstable; urgency=medium

* The init script now clears the firewall rules before it restores the
saved ones on start, and after saving the current ones on stop. A
notice also put into the defaults file as it might be recommended to
do an ipchains -F after disabling the init script. Thanks to
Martin Schulze <joey@debian.org> for reporting these lacks.
* Removed conffiles as the init script and the defaults file are added
automagically by dh_installinit.
